GUARANTEED TO ABSORBE MORE PHOSPHATE THAN OTHER REMOVERS. Absorbs phosphate, silicate and heavy metals from water column without releasing any back into the tank. Leave in aquarium indefinitely with no ill effects; only change when exhausted. Highly recommended for aquarium startup; removes phosphate and silicate from substrate or live rock, reducing the likelihood of severe algae bloom. Allows much higher fish stocking with healthy feeding levels. A patented manufacturing process produces a unique iron hydroxide based compound unlike any other on the market. Distinct crystal structure and high porosity/surface area give an unrivalled ability to bind phosphates to its surface. Black color indicates pure iron hydroxide.
