All products sold by bestgrowlights.com are governed by the conditions of the manufacturers warranty. Bestgrowlights.com assumes no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise, for any manufacturers product warranty. Specific manufacturers product warranties are available upon request.
- Replacement lamp manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-year.
- Ballast enclosures and replacement ballast manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of either 2-years or 5-years depending on the model and the manufacturer.
- Grow light system manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of either 2-years or 5-years depending on the model and the manufacturer.
- Hydroponics growing system manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-year. Some pumps included with these systems may only have a 6-months warranty.
How do I handle returns?
- Email Customer Service and request a Return Authorization (RA)
- Include your invoice number on all return requests.
- Customer Service will email you instructions for returning product.
