Delivery: UPS - moving forward all UPS orders with a value of $100 or more will be sent out "signature required". We have had several incidents of missing packages that has caused this change. We feel that this will protect both of us from potential loss.

Shipping Time: From the time you place your order to delivery is usually 5 to 7 business days in the continental United States. If items are backordered or if there are other unforeseen problems, delivery could take as much as 3 weeks. Call or email us to check on your order if it is taking longer than you expect.

Packaging: All products are shipped in plain brown overwrap boxes or paper. Only the shipping label appears on the package with the mailing address and the return address of the shipper showing.

Free Shipping Items: All products marked as free shipping items are free only to the continental United States. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada with free shipping items, will receive a shipping discount. Give us a call or email us for a shipping price.

We regularly ship via UPS and FedEx. Because no one is available to sign for the packages, UPS or FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a non P.O. Box shipping address when placing your order. If you have a preference as to shipping method please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

We sell and ship to the 50 US States, Mexico, and Canada but because we have been stuck with fraudulent (stolen credit cards, identity theft) transactions from non US countries we require payment by cashiers check, money order or cash transfer (bank to bank, Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.) before shipping outside of the United States.  Please e-mail or call us to arrange for these types of transactions.

Handling Charges: We pay $5.00 per package (box, envelope, etc.) in handling charges to our shipper.  This is over and above the shipping cost you are charged.  In most cases this charge is included in the price of the product and we do not charge extra for it. But because we offer a full range of small items and we have no minimum order any order under $20.00 will incur an extra $5.00 handling fee.  For example, 10 barbed connectors at $.18 apiece will total only $1.80 and when we add the $5.00 handling charge that we pay we lose money on this order. Unacceptable and impractical!  If we lose money on too many of these orders we'd go out of business and wouldn't be able to offer our great deals.  Hence the handling fee for small orders.  No handling fee will be charged for any order totaling more than $20.00.
