Returns We offer a ten day return on all unused products in original condition. All items must include a receipt, be in original packaging, and be deemed salable for a refund to be given. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking/shipping fee will be charged for all returned merchandise. *Special order or customized items are not covered under Best Grow Lights’ return policy. It is the sole discretion of Best Grow Lights’ to determine if a special order item is returnable. To request a return email us at sales@bestgrowlights.com with your order number and description of the item(s) being returned. We will respond to your email with return instructions and RA# that must be included with your returned items. IMPORTANT: Items that arrive broken and cannot be inspected for defects will not be eligible for replacement. If returning an order, please make sure it is securely packaged. Best Grow Lights does not assume responsibility for any breakages. But we will help resolve the matter with the shipper. JUST GIVE US A CALL. Non-Deliverable When the shipping company attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable for delivery or the customer refuses to accept delivery, then the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Charge backs and refunds are not valid under these conditions. BGL will do everything possible to assure accurate and convenient delivery of your order. BUT it is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept a delivery. BGL will work with the customer and shipper to assure that delivery is made at a time convenient to the customer but under NO circumstances is BGL responsible for delivery or non-delivery of an item. Item(s) must be returned in brand new and saleable condition in order for a refund to be given.
Warranties All products sold by bestgrowlights.com are governed by the conditions of the manufacturers warranty. Bestgrowlights.com assumes no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise, for any manufacturers product warranty. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining a repair/replacement for a product still under warranty. Just send us an email or call and we will send you a shipping label and instructions so you may ship the defective product back. Note: When emailing or calling please include your name, order number, phone number, and description of defective product.
