Return Policy:

All sales are final. Items that have a warranty and are defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Just send us an email or call and we will send you a shipping label so you may ship the product back at no cost. At that time our experts at the factory will determine whether the product is in fact defective. If it is, replacement or refund, your choice.
